"the Best Western we stayed in at Brampton was far better. We have decided between the two hotels. Next time for the dollar value we found the Best Western to be better. In the future when we visit Niagra we ill most likely stay somewhere else"

"Just about everything at this hotel was fantastic and outstanding. The only issues that we had arise were in regards to the amenities: We had been told initially that the workout room was available any time, we just had to call the front desk for someone to open it, and later were told that its hours were 9-9. The only other thing relates to the timing of our stay: They were just completing work on a brand new Sauna, adjacent to the pool. I suspect that had we been a week later, it would have been completed. It was just a little disappointing, as far as the timing was concerned. Go ahead and use the first line from my note here for any advertising purposes."
