"the manageress was very very nice the room was clean but stale the window in the bathroom had no screen and the door did not close and on the inside had a great hole in it the bathroom sink was so close below a shelf above the sink that one could not get one's face near the taps. the door to the corridor rattled, we had to set a chair against it to stop the rattel the two chairs in the room did not even match there was not even one picture in this room to eleviate the boring cream wall (not that this is really important0 We had a room in what is now the CLARION opposite this econo lodge last year for the same price and it was superior to what we had yesterday."
