"I think for the cost of the room there should be a coffee pot and blowdryer in the room. I have stayed at hotels where the rate was less and they were equipped with both. We stay at the Village Inn because of location and the convience of getting in and out.The chairs in our room had a damp feeling like they had just been cleaned."

"I reserved two rooms for this trip. One was for my sister and her husband. After arriving home she realized she had left her new earrings in the room. (they we a xmas gift from her son). I called housekeeping and left a message. Sylvia called me first thing the next morning and within two days my sister had her earrings back. This is not the first time she has left jewelry at a Motel and even left her watch at a hospital. Each time she was told the room had been cleaned and nothing was found. When I called the Skyline I was told the room had already been cleaned so we didn't have much hope of recovering them. This says alot about the integrity of your employees. We were very impressed and also relieved to get them back. Sincerely Deborah"
